Now accepting short films for a festival happening Valentine's Day 2026!Join us at the Philamoca for a collection of shorts by filmmakers from all over the globe! Any and every genre - shot in 4k or by your older sister's flip phone - all the films are joined by one theme! A "Kiss" <3Make it a date or come on your own but either way bring a Valentine's Day card to swap with another audience member <3 We did this last year and had over 35 people swap cards with each other! This is an 18+ event!This festival is pushing filmmakers to create a short with a smooch but other than that the skies the limit.
Guidelines
Each short film must be only 2-3 minutes long (excluding credits) and feature a kiss!
Any genre is welcome as well as films including adult content. And whether it’s shot on a camcorder, your iphone, or in 4k on a black magic, it’s accepted here!This is inspired by the film 50 Kisses, in which 50 directors/writers came together to create an anthology of romantic Valentine's themed shorts. The goal for this fest is not only to show shorts from film makers all over the world but also be made into an anthology film as well c:Submission deadline is January 31st and all funds go towards the festival and hopefully a physical release of the films together, after all who doesn’t want a disc chock full of people making out ❤️

Submissions are reviewed by Zoe Angeli, a Valentine’s Day fanatic that’s been curating a multi-artist zine for the holiday as well as a film marathon last year featuring short films from directors in the UK, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh and a co-written feature!
